This feature reached general availability on April 30, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>  <b>How does this affect me?<\/b><br \/>  The Sales Research Agent in Dynamics 365 Sales enables users to explore complex business questions through natural language conversations with your data. It leverages multi-modal and multi-agent architecture to reason over intricate, customized schemas with   sales domain expertise.
