Thank you for your patience.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>[Introduction]<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re introducing a new co-branding capability that will allow organizations to  <b>display a branded footer<\/b> at the bottom of the Chat screen in the<i> Microsoft 365 Copilot app<\/i>. This update will enable admins to add their organization\u2019s logo to their users\u2019 Microsoft 365 Copilot app, helping users confirm they are using their trusted,   work-managed Copilot experience.<\/p>\n<p>This feature will begin rolling out in <b>early May 2026<\/b> (previously late March)&nbsp;and is expected to complete by  <b>end of May 2026<\/b> (previously&nbsp;late April).<\/p>\n<p>This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/microsoft-365\/roadmap?filters=&amp;searchterms=555852\" target=\"_blank\">  555852<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>[When this will happen]<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>General Availability (Worldwide):<\/b> Rollout will begin in<b>&nbsp;early May 2026<\/b> (previously late March) and is expected to complete by  <b>end of May 2026<\/b> (previously late April).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>[How this will affect your organization]<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i>Who is affected<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All Microsoft 365 tenants using the Microsoft 365 Copilot app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What will happen<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Admins will be able to upload a logo in the <i>Microsoft 365 admin center<\/i> to customize the footer in the  <i>Microsoft 365 Copilot app<\/i>.<\/li>\n<li>The footer will display an \u201c<b><i>Approved by [Logo]<\/i>\u201d<\/b> indicator to help users confirm they are in an  <i>organization-approved Copilot environment:&nbsp;<\/i>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 400px\" alt=\"user settings\" src=\"https:\/\/cxcs.microsoft.net\/static\/public\/messagecenter\/neutral\/68658328-08c2-4b57-8f67-a6387382d739\/8c36ea142ae32ce3fc402d44cf3d176902dcb112.png\"><i><\/i><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Only the logo from your organization\u2019s theme configuration will be used; other theme elements will not be applied in this release.<\/li>\n<li>This feature will be <b>off by default <\/b>and will require admin configuration.<\/li>\n<li>There will be<b> no user impact <\/b>unless an admin enables the footer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>[What you can do to prepare]<\/b><\/p>\n<p>No action will be required unless you want to enable the branded footer.<\/p>\n<p>Admins who want to configure this feature should:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and verify your organization\u2019s theme configuration in the <i>Microsoft 365 admin center<\/i>.<\/li>\n<li>Upload the logo you want to display in the <i>Microsoft 365 Copilot app footer  <\/i>once rollout begins.<\/li>\n<li>Use the existing theme management flow to apply co-branding once the feature is available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For configuration guidance:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/microsoft-365\/admin\/setup\/customize-your-organization-theme?view=o365-worldwide&amp;source=recommendations\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"font-family: sans-serif;font-weight: 400\">Customize   the theme for your organization | Microsoft 365 | Microsoft Learn<\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>[Compliance considerations]<\/b><\/p>\n<p>No compliance considerations identified.
