We are introducing a new capability in the Outlook Actionable Messages admin dashboard <\/i>that will help Exchange administrators improve visibility into Actionable Messages providers registered in their organization. This update will support auditing, documentation, and operational readiness by making provider information easier to review and export.<\/p>\n

General Availability (Worldwide): <\/b>We will begin rolling out this change in early May 2026<\/b> and expect to complete rollout by mid\u2011May 2026<\/b>.<\/p>\n

    • Exchange administrators will be able to view a list of organization\u2011scoped registered Actionable Messages providers<\/b> in the Outlook Actionable Messages admin dashboard: <\/i>\n

    • Administrators will be able to download (export) the provider list<\/b> for offline review, auditing, or documentation purposes.<\/li>\n
    • The feature will be available by default <\/b>after rollout.<\/li>\n
    • No configuration changes will be required.<\/li>\n
    • Existing provider registrations will not be modified.<\/li>\n
    • There will be no impact to users<\/b>, and Actionable Messages behavior in Outlook<\/i> will remain unchanged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
