This new functionality simplifies the troubleshooting   and diagnostic experience, providing quicker access to data and new features. You can learn more by reading the blog:  <a href=\"https:\/\/aka.ms\/Intune\/Troubleshooting-Exp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New Microsoft Intune troubleshooting experience<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>[How this will affect your organization:]<\/p>\n<p>With the upcoming release, if an admin has not opted into the new troubleshooting experience, this will be turned on by default for all admins.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[What you need to do to prepare:]<\/p>\n<p>We recommend admins to familiarize themselves with the new experience by navigating to the Intune admin center &gt;  <b>Troubleshooting + support<\/b> &gt; <b>Troubleshoot<\/b>.
