To strengthen security and align with modern identity standards, OneDrive for iOS and Android will no longer support sign-ins using SharePoint Server on\u2011premises accounts<\/b>. This change reflects Microsoft\u2019s continued investment in enterprise-ready security, ensuring mobile access to files is protected by modern authentication, conditional access, and ongoing security updates. Personal Microsoft accounts and Microsoft 365 work or school accounts are not affected.<\/p>\n

This update also aligns with the upcoming end of support for SharePoint Server 2016 and 2019 on July 14, 2026<\/b>, helping organizations transition to supported, secure platforms.<\/p>\n
