Users can proceed to the Teams global settings &gt; Recognition tab to opt in and enroll their voice profile by speaking during a meeting<\/li>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<li>User prompts will be released with a later version to drive awareness on the functionality and prompt users to enroll their voice profile.<\/li>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<li>The feature will be<b> ON by default<\/b> for enterprise tenants.<\/li>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<li>EDU tenants are excluded from this rollout.<\/li>\n<li>Admins can disable this feature or manage settings using PowerShell in the <code>  PassiveVoiceEnrollment<\/code> configuration in the <code>csTeamsAIPolicy<\/code> policy. this express enrollment feature will not apply change this value.<\/li>\n<li>As of May 2026, all tenants that previously had&nbsp;<code>EnrollVoice<\/code>&nbsp;set to disabled, Microsoft applied the same value to  <code>PassiveVoiceEnrollment<\/code> for consistency.<\/li>\n<li>To disable voice enrollment entirely for your organization, please make sure both  <code>EnrollVoice<\/code> and
