Devices receive the new certificates only after demonstrating sufficient successful update signals,   maintaining a controlled and phased rollout.<\/li>\n<li>This update includes a resolution for <a href=\"https:\/\/msrc.microsoft.com\/update-guide\/vulnerability\/CVE-2026-45585\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">  CVE\u20112026\u201145585<\/a> (BitLocker security feature bypass).
