Current status: As our investigation into the source of the delay in our upstream process is ongoing, we’ve begun a restatement process on affected data as a means to remediate impact. Once this restatement process is complete, we’ll work to establish a timeline for data backfill to complete and issue resolution. <\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Any admin located in North America and Asia Pacific regions attempting to view up to date affected Copilot usage reports through the Microsoft 365 admin center listed in the more info section may be impacted by this event. This section may be updated as our investigation continues. <\/p>\n
