Organizations can now centrally create and publish curated prompts for Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat<\/b>. Rather than relying on each employee to discover effective ways of working with Copilot, administrators can shape the experience by publishing prompts that reflect organizational priorities, terminology, and approved workflows. This capability is designed to shorten the path from Copilot deployment to realized business value by guiding users toward high-impact scenarios, reducing reliance on external training, and delivering a more consistent Copilot experience across teams and geographies.<\/p>\n
