More info: This issue affected users that were external to the organization of the user sending the message. The external user generated a One Time Passcode and was routed to the OME portal, but the site was continuously loading.<\/p>\n

Users receiving OME email messages from other users in the organization weren’t affected.<\/p>\n

Final status: We determined that a recent deployment contained issues that led to the CDN not delivering the scripts required for OME to work. We developed and deployed a fix and have confirmed via telemetry and customer report that impact is now remediated.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Impact may have occurred for any users sending OME email messages through Exchange Online to some external users.<\/p>\n
