Users will experience the new Viva Engage branding across the remaining surfaces, including the website, integrations, SharePoint,   Progressive Web App (PWA), embed, email notifications and email digest.  <\/p>\n<p>The last step remaining is the URL update, which will occur at the end of this year. We will provide more details as we get closer to that milestone. Our team is working tirelessly to ensure a seamless transition, minimizing disruption to your workflow.   We appreciate your continued support and patience throughout this rebranding journey.  <\/p>\n<p>We have updated the previously shared rebranding toolkit to reflect the final timelines. This includes a range of templates, logos, and other resources to help communicate the change. The  <a href=\"https:\/\/aka.ms\/VivaEngage\/Resource\/Rebrandkit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">link to download the Viva-Engage-and-Yammer-rebrand-kit.zip can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/microsoft-365\/roadmap?filters=&amp;searchterms=117366\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">  117366<\/a><\/p>\n<p>[When this will happen:]  <\/p>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<p>Standard Release: We will begin rolling out in late June 2023 and expect to complete rollout by mid-July 2023.<\/p>\n<p>[How this will affect your organization:]<\/p>\n<p>Website:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Yammer website will begin to get rebranded to Viva Engage, it could take up to three weeks to fully release across all tenants. Yammer features will remain available, and users don\u2019t have to execute any additional task to continue using them.  <\/li>\n<li>When users access the website will be greeted with a welcoming dialog that will inform them of the brand name change. Once users dismiss the dialog, they will be able to access the rebranded experience. Please note that we have update the message on the   announcement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 200px;\" ?alt=\"message\" update=\"\" view?=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/img-prod-cms-rt-microsoft-com.akamaized.net\/cms\/api\/am\/imageFileData\/RW14Qc9?ver=2ba6\">  <\/p>\n<p>The Microsoft 365 app launcher, also known as waffle, will also be rebranded and the Yammer logo and descriptions will be updated to Viva Engage.<\/p>\n<p>Progressive Web App (PWA):  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As soon as users open the PWA, they will get a prompt asking for their permission to reinstall the app. To receive the update, they will have to click  <i>&#8216;OK.&#8217;&nbsp;<\/i>The PWA will be named \u201cViva Engage (Yammer)\u201d for a month and then \u201c(Yammer)\u201d will be removed in a future update.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 200px;\" ?alt=\"View\" of=\"\" name=\"\" update=\"\" review?=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/img-prod-cms-rt-microsoft-com.akamaized.net\/cms\/api\/am\/imageFileData\/RW14vlj?ver=df75\">  <\/p>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<p>Integrations:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Connector on Teams &#8211; Within the Teams feature, the Yammer connector can now be found under the Viva Engage brand so users can receive updates from their Viva Engage network.<\/li>\n<li>Power Automate &#8211; This integration will be renamed to Viva Engage, keeping all existent functionality.<\/li>\n<li>SharePoint &amp; embed &#8211; All Yammer references will be replaced with Viva Engage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>URL&nbsp;  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The URL will remain the same, you can expect an update for this change towards the end of the calendar year.<\/li>\n<li>The notification addresses, such as <a href=\"mailto:\u201cnotifications@yammer.com\u201d\" >\u201cnotifications@yammer.com\u201d<\/a> and <a href=\"mailto:\u201cnoreply@yammer.com\u201d\" >\u201cnoreply@yammer.com\u201d<\/a> will change but such as the URL, these two will be updated at the end of this calendar year.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[What you need to do to prepare:]  <\/p>\n<p>There will be no impact to the existing profile, posts, bookmarks, etc. All rebranding updates don\u2019t require additional actions; changes will be automatic. Outside of branding changes, there are no changes to the features, capabilities, and investments for   Microsoft 365 customers.
