More info: Users may have been affected if they required a new SCEP certificate delivery from Microsoft Intune to access their Wi-Fi or VPN on newly targeted Android devices that didn’t already have a valid certificate. Users with existing valid SCEP certificates weren’t affected by this behavior and were able to access network connections as expected. <\/p>\n

However, regardless of whether certificates already exist on the device, users on Android devices leveraging SCEP certificate profiles may have been blocked from receiving any other targeted configuration policy. Admins may have also been affected and may have seen errors in the SCEP policy console for the associated policy status in Microsoft Intune. <\/p>\n

Final status: We’ve completed the deployment of our fix to roll back the previous change and confirmed through our service health telemetry that impact has been resolved. <\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Any user or admin may have been affected by this event, and may have been unable to access their Wi-Fi or VPN on Android devices that required a certificate from Microsoft Intune. <\/p>\n
