More info: This issue appears to have affected the following apps:
-Microsoft Teams (specifically, meeting creation)
-Microsoft 365<\/p>\n

Users may have received errors when joining meetings on Teams. As a workaround, Teams for the web users could have refreshed browser or tried InPrivate or Incognito sessions.<\/p>\n

Final status: We have monitored our service for an extended period and determined that it self-recovered without any manual intervention. We will continue to monitor the service to ensure the impact doesn?t return.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Based on our telemetry, it appeared that only users in the Japan region were affected.<\/p>\n

Start time: Wednesday, January 25, 2023, by 11:40 PM UTC<\/p>\n

End time: Thursday, January 26, 2023, by 2:35 AM UTC<\/p>\n

Preliminary root cause: Our telemetry indicated that there were issues with meeting creation within Microsoft Teams. <\/p>\n
