Current status: We\u2019ve deployed a change on load-balancing processes which has provided greater stability across the service, however, this has not fully resolved the issue. We’re continuing to investigate and develop further workstreams to remediate overall impact. These include, but are not limited to:
– improvements in the request handling logic
– several changes targeted at request usage volumes<\/p>\n
