Background refresh activity is not included in usage calculations.<\/p>\n<p>Usage metrics include activity across both Planner basic plans and Planner premium plans.<\/p>\n<p>The user-level table displays all users who were active in Planner during the previous 180 days. Changing the reporting period updates the active-days calculation but does not change which users appear in the report.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 25px\"><b>Note:&nbsp;<\/b>This report covers Planner Usage only for basic and premium plans.
