We are introducing Communicator<\/b>, a new Microsoft Teams app that enables designated communicators to create, publish, and manage organizational announcements and operational communications at scale. Communicator is designed for scenarios such as organizational announcements, training updates, compliance notifications, safety alerts, store and field operations updates, and other action-oriented communications.<\/p>\n

With Communicator, organizations can deliver targeted communications directly in Microsoft Teams, request acknowledgments or required actions, and monitor message delivery and acknowledgment status through built-in reporting capabilities.<\/p>\n
