We’re enhancing Real-Time Alerting rule management in the Microsoft Teams admin center<\/em> to help administrators manage alerting rules more efficiently and at greater scale.<\/p>\n

With this update, administrators will be able to:<\/p>\n

  • Duplicate existing rules to create similar alert configurations without manually recreating them.<\/li>\n
  • Bulk upload users when creating or editing rules, reducing manual effort when monitoring larger groups of users.<\/li>\n
  • Delete rules directly from the management experience to simplify rule maintenance and cleanup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    These enhancements are designed to streamline administration of Real-Time Alerting rules and improve operational efficiency.<\/p>\n

          • Organizations can monitor up to 500 users<\/b> across their Real-Time Alerting rules, enabling monitoring at larger scale.<\/li>\n
          • These capabilities apply to In-Progress Meetings<\/b> and Calls<\/b> rule types.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
