This feature will reach public preview on September 30, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>  <b>How does this affect me?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>  This feature provides consistent control over NTE limits across every billable type, so users avoid over-billing, and protect revenue.<\/p>\n<p>  The core capabilities of this feature include:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extends NTE validation beyond time entries to include expense, material, and fixed-price components.<\/li>\n<li>Enhances the Invoice Confirmation Service to block confirmation when Total Billed + Unbilled Committed &gt;
