Final status: After investigation, it was determined that an unrelated maintenance task was briefly running on a portion of hardware which was undergoing migration to a separate system, which was preventing posts from being published. The maintenance task completed shortly after start of impact, which released the lock on traffic and remediated impact without manual action. <\/p>\n
