More info: Specifically, Microsoft 365 for Education services, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 admin center were impacted, and all the affected scenarios consisted of the following:<\/p>\n

– Users couldn’t access Search Coach and Search Progress in Teams for Education; reports indicated that it couldn’t be added as a Teams tab and existing experiences were failing. <\/p>\n

– Parent\/guardian (“related contact”) information couldn’t be retrieved through School Data Sync (SDS). Any scenarios depending on related contacts failed.<\/p>\n

-Education admins couldn’t trigger batch age-gating operations from SDS through the Microsoft 365 admin center<\/p>\n

– Admins and users couldn’t access Education configuration pages and saw an error message “cannot load page” in Microsoft 365 admin center<\/p>\n

– Admins couldn’t create or manage Speaker Progress resources using Speaker Progress Graph APIs<\/p>\n

– Admins couldn’t access or utilize Assignments scenarios that call Related Contacts indirectly. <\/p>\n

Final status: We’ve validated through monitoring our service telemetry that access requests are succeeding once again, confirming that this issue is resolved. <\/p>\n
