Message Content<\/th>\nStarting November 1, 2026, Dynamics 365 Sales Insights as a standalone add-on will have reached end of support. Sales Insights is a legacy offering whose capabilities are already included in Sales Premium.<\/p>\n

Sales Premium delivers the Sales Insights capabilities at the same price as the Sales Enterprise + Sales Insights combination. It also includes Copilot Credits, additional Dataverse storage capacity, and access to new Sales Premium capabilities.
This change is intended to reduce licensing complexity.<\/p>\n

How does this affect me?<\/b><\/p>\n

Existing Sales Insights customers will retain access through the end of their current contract term, with no immediate disruption from this retirement.<\/p>\n

At renewal, the Sales Insights add-on will no longer be available. Customers who want to continue using Sales Insights capabilities should transition to Dynamics 365 Sales Premium. Customers who do not need those capabilities may continue with Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise.<\/p>\n
