Our customers have requested a simple, yet expanded, set of choices that better align with the situations encountered where Autopatch support and assistance   is solicited.   <\/p>\n<p>[When this will happen:]  <\/p>\n<p>July 1, 2023  <\/p>\n<p>[How will this affect your organization:]   <\/p>\n<p>The expanded category and sub-category choices will simplify the process for IT Admins when creating the requests and will reduce the time it takes to get Windows Autopatch support requests to the right person to address the issue.  <\/p>\n<p>These changes will only apply to open and new tickets.
