Updated June 20, 2023: We have updated the rollout timeline below. Thank you for your patience.<\/p>\n

With this update Microsoft EHR connector will be able to track each individual disconnect when a guest leaves the initial lobby after joining a Microsoft Teams EHR Connector virtual visit via Teams. Until now the disconnect signal was not being sent to Epic to show a guest has left the meeting from initial Lobby. This was only happening in v1.1 or v1.2 of the Microsoft Teams EHR Connector.<\/p>\n

Standard Release: We will begin rolling out mid-July (previously mid-June) and expect to complete by early August (previously late June).<\/p>\n

[How this will affect your organization:]<\/p>\n

EHR Connector provides the ability to launch virtual appointments in Teams from within an EHR. We are improving the ability to log status of patients waiting in lobby with this change.<\/p>\n
