More info: Admins may receive the following error when attempting to manage OneDrive for Business users in the Microsoft 365 admin center: “OneDrive isn’t set up for this user. Ask the person to go to portal.office.com\/onedrive to set it”.?<\/p>\n

Despite the error message, users still have access to OneDrive for Business as expected.<\/p>\n

Current status: We’re investigating correlation IDs gathered from an internal reproduction of this issue to identify why admins are unable to manage OneDrive for Business users through the Microsoft 365 admin center.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Any admin attempting to manage OneDrive for Business users through the Microsoft 365 admin center may be impacted.<\/p>\n
