Despite the error message, users still may have had access to OneDrive for Business as expected.<\/p>\n

Final status: We’ve determined that a recent change made to an authentication component within a portion of OneDrive for Business infrastructure was preventing admins from being able to manage OneDrive for Business users through the Microsoft 365 admin center. We’ve applied a fix to update the authentication component and confirmed impact is remediated.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Any admin who attempted to manage OneDrive for Business users through the Microsoft 365 admin center may have been impacted.<\/p>\n
