– Users may be unable to access the Exchange Online service from Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) and Post Office Protocol (POP3) connection methods.<\/p>\n

– Users may experience issues performing searches in SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Viva Insights, and Microsoft Teams.<\/p>\n

– Users may not see pages load in Viva Insights.<\/p>\n

– Users may be unable to see updates made from the Outlook client within Microsoft Teams meeting chat. Specifically, meeting update such as title or attendees generated from the Outlook client in Teams meeting chat.<\/p>\n

Current status: We’re further investigating the potential connection issue on portions of infrastructure that host the impacted Microsoft 365 services to confirm our root cause theory. Additionally, we’re continuing to restart the portion of infrastructures, while closely monitoring to ensure additional impact doesn’t occur, and allowing time for monitoring availability between restarts.<\/p>\n
