– Users may be unable to access the Exchange Online service from Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) and Post Office Protocol (POP3) connection methods.<\/p>\n

– Users may experience issues performing searches in SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Viva Insights, and Microsoft Teams.<\/p>\n

– Users may not see pages load in Viva Insights.<\/p>\n

– Users may be unable to see updates made from the Outlook client within Microsoft Teams meeting chat. Specifically, meeting update such as title or attendees generated from the Outlook client in Teams meeting chat.<\/p>\n

Current status: We’ve successfully validated the fix and are preparing to initiate the service wide deployment which will restart the affected portions of infrastructures in stages. We’ll provide a remediation timeline t our next update should one become available.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Some users that are attempting to use the various features and services outlined in the More info section may be impacted by this event.<\/p>\n
