– Users may be unable to access the Exchange Online service from Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) and Post Office Protocol (POP3) connection methods.<\/p>\n

– Users may experience issues performing searches in SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Viva Insights, and Microsoft Teams.<\/p>\n

– Users may not see pages load in Viva Insights.<\/p>\n

– Users may be unable to see updates made from the Outlook client within Microsoft Teams meeting chats, such as updates to the title or attendees.<\/p>\n

Current status: We’ve started deploying the fix to restart the affected portions of infrastructure. We anticipate the restart process will be complete by our next scheduled communication update. Once complete, we’ll do testing to confirm the impact is remediated.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Some users that are attempting to use the various features and services outlined in the More info section may be impacted by this event.<\/p>\n
