More info: The issue only affects one user at a time during Microsoft Teams meetings or group calls. The affected user can restore their video by turning their camera off and then back on again; however, another user then becomes affected. This issue appears on Microsoft Teams Meeting Room devices and the Windows and Mac desktop clients. <\/p>\n

Current status: We?ve determined that the fix deployment to address the additional impact affecting Microsoft Teams group calls that include video is 90 percent deployed to the impacted environment. We?ll continue monitoring the fix as it progresses to ensure it completes as expected to fully resolve this issue. <\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Some users may be affected by this and may see a black screen during Microsoft Teams meetings or group calls.<\/p>\n

Root cause: A change intended to improve video stream rendering for Microsoft Teams meetings introduced the logic error resulting in the miscalculation when rendering video streams.<\/p>\n
