Manage how incoming calls are routed when you are busy in an existing call or meeting directly from your Calls settings in the Teams app or on the web. Choose from the option to allow calls to come through, play a busy signal, or to redirect the call based on your unanswered call routing preference.<\/p>\n

To enable busy-on-busy setting for end users, tenant admins need to change the BusyOnBusyEnabledType<\/code><\/code> value in calling policy and set it to User controlled<\/i>. <\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
