The Outlook desktop client and Outlook mobile are correctly displaying icons indicating that an email has been replied to or forwarded.<\/p>\n

Current status: While we\u2019re awaiting SMTP details and logs from some affected users, we\u2019re also reviewing recent service changes that we suspect are contributing to the impact.
