If you’re an admin within an organization whose Microsoft tenant was created on or after January 1, 2023, and you continue to see the issue described in this incident after February 6, 2023, please open a support ticket.<\/p>\n

Current status: We’ve begun the deployment of a fix, which has reached around 25 percent of the affected environment as of Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at 11:00 PM UTC. We anticipate the fix will fully roll out by Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at 12:00 AM UTC. Previously impacted customers may be able to create or modify connectors as users will experience relief as the fix saturates within their environment.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Any admin with the affected SKU(s) listed in the More info section will be unable to create new or modify existing email transport connectors.<\/p>\n
