To align deeper with the OKR methodology, ?Projects? in Viva Goals is renamed to ?Initiatives?. In addition to changing the default terminology to Initiatives, Viva Goals will also be introducing the ability for organization admins to customize the term to a term of your choosing.  <\/p>\n

Standard Release: We will begin rolling out mid-February 2023 and expect to complete by late February 2023.<\/p>\n
