Scope of impact: This event may have affected any admin who attempted to use the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center to troubleshoot enrollment failures or view enrollment reports for devices managed through Microsoft Intune.<\/p>\n

Start time: Monday, January 30, 2023, at 6:00 AM UTC<\/p>\n

End time: Thursday, February 2, 2023, at 5:21 AM UTC<\/p>\n

Root cause: A recent update to the service infrastructure that’s responsible for delivering data for the affected report types contained an erroneous configuration value, which resulted in the impact.<\/p>\n

Next steps:
– To help prevent similar impact in the future, we’re further reviewing the cause of the erroneous configuration value and how we can improve our validation procedures to catch such issues before deployment. <\/p>\n
