More info: As a result of the pending directory object changes, some users are unable to receive internal email messages. The problem appears to be a failure of the Forward Sync process.<\/p>\n

Current status: Our examination of the infrastructure responsible for syncing directory objects between on-premises and Exchange Online has thus far proven inconclusive. As the next step in our investigation, we’re attempting to reproduce impact in our internal environment to collect additional logs for further analysis to assist our efforts to find the root cause. <\/p>\n
