Choose from the option to allow calls to come through, play a busy signal, or to redirect the   call based on your unanswered call routing preference.  <\/p>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<p>This message is associated setting for end users, tenant admins need to change the  <code><code>BusyOnBusyEnabledType<\/code><\/code> value in calling policy and set it to  <i>User
