More info: As a result of the pending directory object changes, some users are unable to receive internal email messages. The problem appears to be a failure of the Forward Sync process.<\/p>\n

Current status: We’ve validated and checked the fix in to our internal testing environment. We\u2019ll provide an update on the deployment status and the estimation for its completion when available. <\/p>\n

Scope of impact: This issue affects any admins performing user directory object changes which may sometimes fail to sync between on-premises and Exchange Online.<\/p>\n
