We will update the message with a new timeline. Thank you for your patience.<\/p>\n<p>The biweekly digest email will carry premium organizational insights for qualifying managers. Initially, these insights will include three rotating areas of focus:  <a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/viva\/insights\/org-team-insights\/employee-wellbeing\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"font-family: sans-serif; font-weight: 400; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\" rel=\"noopener\">  after-hour collaboration<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/viva\/insights\/org-team-insights\/meeting-effectiveness\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"font-family: sans-serif; font-weight: 400; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\" rel=\"noopener\">  meeting culture<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/viva\/insights\/org-team-insights\/manager-connection\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"font-family: sans-serif; font-weight: 400; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\" rel=\"noopener\">  manager 1:1 time<\/a>.
