The problem appears to be a failure of the Forward Sync process.<\/p>\n<p>  Current status: With further investigation we&#8217;ve identified a sync issue that is causing the Active Directory (AD) object ID Globally Unique Identifier (GUID) to return as empty in some instances when running the undo-soft delete cmdlet, resulting in impact.   Furthermore, after extensive validation, we&#8217;ve confirmed that the code fix will sync the data as expected and resolve the underlying issue. We&#8217;re deploying the fix in stages in order to prevent adverse impact from being introduced to other aspects of the service,   and we anticipate the deployment will be initiated in your environment by our next communication update.
