We?re updating Microsoft Secure Score recommended actions to ensure a more accurate representation of security posture.<\/p>\n

This update will include removing the following recommended actions related to Microsoft Defender for Office:<\/p>\n

  • Ensure spam safety tips are enabled – anti-spam safety tips are no longer relevant.<\/li>\n
  • Enable the ‘show first contact safety tip<\/i>‘ option ? As the first contact safety tip is under review to improve the end user experience, we are removing this as a recommended action. This tip can still be enabled using Anti-Phishing Default or Custom policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    We will begin rollout in mid-February and expect rollout to be complete by late February.<\/p>\n

    When these recommended actions are removed from Microsoft Secure Score, your score will be updated accordingly.<\/p>\n
