Since then, the official time has not advanced by an hour and has permanently shifted to the UTC+3 time zone.\u202fMicrosoft is releasing   updates to support this change. The October 22, 2023 non-security preview release includes the update for Windows 11 and Windows 10, version 22H2. All other supported versions of Windows will receive this time adjustment in the November 14, 2023 monthly quality   release. Read <a href=\"https:\/\/techcommunity.microsoft.com\/t5\/daylight-saving-time-time-zone\/interim-guidance-for-syria-dst-changes-2022\/ba-p\/3911223\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">  Interim guidance for Syria DST changes 2022<\/a> for more details.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><b>When will this happen:<\/b>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Since October 2022, Greenland has observed the UTC+3 time, which is the country\u2019s new standard time.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Late October 2023: Windows non-security preview release will include the update to address this time change for Windows 11 and Windows 10, version 22H2.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>November 14, 2023: Windows monthly quality release will include the update to address this time change for all supported versions of Windows.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><b>How this will affect your organization:<\/b>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Your organization will not be affected if your devices are running the following Windows versions and are promptly updated with the October 2023 non-security preview release or the November 2023 monthly quality update:&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Windows 11, version 22H2&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Windows 11, version 21H2&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Windows 10, version 22H2; Windows 10, version 21H2&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Windows Server 2022&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019; Windows Server 2019&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2016; Windows Server 2016&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Windows 10 Enterprise 2015 LTSB&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Windows Server 2012&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Windows Server 2008 SP2&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Windows 8.1&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Windows 7.0 SP1&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><b>What you need to do to prepare:<\/b>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>If your organization runs any version of Windows not listed here, please consider upgrading your devices to a supported version of Windows. Read additional information for more details.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>In the meantime, we recommend that affected organizations with devices in Syria use the following workarounds: temporarily disable automatic DST adjustments in Windows and\/or set a different time zone to reflect the correct local time.\u202fYou can temporarily   set the time zone on your devices to\u202f<b>\u201c(UTC+3) Amman\u201d<\/b> to ensure that devices reflect the correct local time.
