User Impact: Users may become stuck in a loop of repeated sign-in prompts when using iOS MAM applications.<\/p>\n

More info: The majority of affected users are on iOS version 16.3.<\/p>\n

Current status: We’ve determined there is a data accessing issue within iOS MAM applications that is preventing the application from retrieving new policies from the Microsoft Intune service which in turn is blocking user access to the applications. We’ve developed a fix and are preparing to submit it to the Apple App Store.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Some users who are attempting to log in using iOS MAM applications are affected.<\/p>\n

Root cause: A data accessing issue within iOS MAM applications is preventing the application from retrieving new policies from the Microsoft Intune service which in turn is blocking user access to the applications.<\/p>\n
