An updated version of the Outlook iOS app, version 4.2303.1, has been submitted to the App Store which is undergoing validation as well. While we’re awaiting feedback from Apple that the version is live, users can check their App version to determine if they’re on the fixed build. Users need to launch the updated Outlook app first before any other MAM app to prevent impact from reoccurring.<\/p>\n

Current status: We’ve submitted the fixed build to the Apple App store, which will be available to users after app store validation. Additionally, admins and developers of iOS MAM applications can use the following links to update relevant SDK and wrapper tools for affected iOS MAM applications:

Root cause: A data accessing issue within iOS MAM applications is preventing the application from retrieving new policies from the Microsoft Intune service which in turn is blocking user access to the applications.<\/p>\n
