The ongoing operation of existing connectors was not impacted by this event. If your organization uses one of the identified SKU(s) the issue may have affected the modification of existing email transport connectors that were created before the impact start time.?<\/p>\n

If you’re an admin within an organization whose Microsoft tenant was created on or after January 1, 2023, and you continue to see the issue described in this incident after February 6, 2023, please open a support ticket.<\/p>\n

Final status: We’ve confirmed the rollout of the fix has been completed as of Monday February 6, 2023, at 10:00 PM UTC. Previously impacted customers could have experienced relief prior, when the fix was in the process of being deployed within their environment.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Admins with the affected SKU(s) listed in the More info section were unable to create new or modify existing email transport connectors.<\/p>\n
