Updated October 5, 2023: We have updated the rollout timeline below. Thank you for your patience.<\/p>\n

We are pleased to announce that Teams Panels will soon appear and be supported in the Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal. Panels will start to appear under the Rooms and Inventory pages. The device health signals, and management functionality will be similar to what is offered on Teams Rooms on Android devices.<\/p>\n

Rollout is expected to start in early November 2023 (previously late October) and is expected to be complete by late November 2023. <\/p>\n

[How this will affect your organization:]<\/p>\n

On the Rooms<\/i> page, you will have the ability to see the status of the Panel, the IP address, serial number, and app and firmware version. You can remotely restart the device, add it to a Group, or record an issue. You can also view the current configuration profile, the update history, and search for and apply a profile. If you want to change a configuration profile or make a new one, you will need to use the Teams Admin Center. <\/p>\n

On the Inventory<\/i> page, you will be able to see Panels at a room level. The device type listed will depend on whether the Panel is sharing its resource account with another device. Regardless, after clicking on the room and then the \u2018Inventory<\/i>\u2019 page, you will be able to see the Panel listed as a device.<\/p>\n
