Additionally, the Recovery Point Objective (RPO) Service Level Agreements (SLA) for dependent services is 15 minutes, which means that if admins made policy changes 15 minutes prior to the outage time, those changes may not have been committed. Affected admins will need to make the policy changes again after we resolve the outage issue.<\/p>\n

Current status: The majority of impact has been resolved, but telemetry indicates some impact still remains. We’re restarting the affected portion of Microsoft Intune service infrastructure to resolve the remaining impact.<\/p>\n

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to enroll Windows, Android and iOS devices in Microsoft Intune may be impacted. Additionally, admins who made policy changes 15 minutes prior to the outage time may be impacted.<\/p>\n
