There are two new updates to the current Green Room feature experience. <\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Green Room will be available on Office\/Microsoft 365 Enterprise E1\/E3\/E5\/ and Education A1\/A3\/A5 licenses. It will no longer need a Teams Premium license to be used in your organization\u2019s meetings, webinars, and town halls. <\/li>\n
  2. Green Room will be turned on by default for Teams webinars. When a webinar is joined, organizers and presenters will join the webinar in the Green Room and attendees will wait in the Waiting Room until the event starts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If your organization does not have Teams Premium licenses but has an Office\/Microsoft 365 Enterprise E1\/E3\/E5\/ or Education A1\/A3\/A5 license, then Green Room will be available to use. <\/p>\n

    Additionally, all webinars will be started in Green Room with organizers and presenters. You can turn this off for your specific event in Meeting Options. <\/p>\n
