Now, program owners can run goal programs using nomenclature that best suits their organization. Terms such as OKRs, Objectives, Key Results and   Initiatives can be customized in the admin settings.<\/p>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<p>This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/microsoft-365\/roadmap?filters=&amp;searchterms=165684\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">  165684<\/a><\/p>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<p>[When this will happen:]<\/p>\n<p>Standard Release: We will begin rolling out in early December 2023 and complete by mid-December 2023.<\/p>\n<p>[How this will affect your organization:]<\/p>\n<p>Organization admins will now have a new tab in the admin settings called <i>&#8220;custom terminology.&#8221;  <\/i>This can be used to customize the terminology used in the Viva Goals organization.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<p>[What you need to do to prepare:]<\/p>\n<p>  <\/p>\n<p>This change will not directly impact any end users, unless organization admins make any changes in the newly available tab.
