In the previous experience, customers had to change their permissions inside the share link settings to &#8220;Can view&#8221; before they could enable the &#8216;block download&#8217; feature toggle:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 400px;\" src=\"https:\/\/img-prod-cms-rt-microsoft-com.akamaized.net\/cms\/api\/am\/imageFileData\/RW1fLlz?ver=c8f1\">  <\/p>\n<p>For video files, it is now easier than ever to enable this feature. To keep your videos secure, we\u2019ve added the \u201cCan view, but not download\u201d option to the permission drop down for share links in the Microsoft 365 Share Dialog for Stream videos.  <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 400px;\" src=\"https:\/\/img-prod-cms-rt-microsoft-com.akamaized.net\/cms\/api\/am\/imageFileData\/RW1fSSB?ver=c2c5\">  <\/p>\n<p>[When this will happen:]  <\/p>\n<p>Targeted Release: We will begin rolling out mid-December 2023 and expect to complete by late December 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Standard Release: We will begin rolling out late December 2023 and expect to complete by early January 2024.<\/p>\n<p>[How this will affect your organization:]<\/p>\n<p>This change is specific to video files only on OneDrive, SharePoint, and Stream.
