More info: The majority of reports are related to Microsoft Teams, however, other Microsoft 365 services are affected.<\/p>\n

As a potential workaround, we’ve received reports from some impacted users that changing to a different ISP has provided relief.<\/p>\n

Current status: We continue to review trace logs and networking infrastructure telemetry to understand the underlying issue. Current analysis indicates that the Microsoft-managed network environment is healthy. The issue appears to be limited to a specific local ISP with the majority affected users being located in the North East region of the United States. We’ve contacted the local ISP to investigate the underlying issue. <\/p>\n
